I have a very hard time believing this is the major driving factir in the "great resignation". Or maybe my Europe environment is completely different. But to me this sounds like another attempt to push certain political views and not at all to really discover what is going on.



This "article" uses every possible 'intersectional' buzzword available. "toxic", "diversity", "equity", "inclusion". It's easy for me to dismiss its arguments, solely based on its lexicon...

Of course that's what it is.


The article is very vague on the methodology anyway, but the claim that this is the top factor seems genuinely suspect.

Another factor is supposedly the failure to “recognize and reward strong performers“, which would seem to completely contradict the other claim.


Companies now hire people to tell them they don't have enough black people on the team.

The answer isn't more of this bullshit.
