Yeah, I'd need to find a way to integrate ChatGPT more into my life, right now it's just a fun toy I occasionally try. Now if it had an API and people could build apps/plugins with it (and I just login with my ChatGPT account) then I'd be interested.
CoPilot has provided me amazing value for the a tiny price. It's to the point that for anything even resembling boilerplate/obvious code I just expect it will get it right (the exact way I would have written it). The other day I was using CodeRunner (a little tool to run/test snippets of code in various languages, it's not perfect but it's a nice little playground that runs locally) and I was just staring at the screen wondering why it wasn't auto-completing the line before I realized "Oh, I don't have CoPilot here", I've come to depend/expect it's output, to "trust" it such that when it's not there I feel the loss. Same way I wish I had multiple cursors in every app/webapp like I do in my IDE.
